Ingredients

canola oil

butter

onion, peeled and chopped

cloves
garlic, peeled and minced

ginger, peeled and julienned

oysters, (meat only), drained well

soy sauce
pepper to taste

cup
calamansi juice
salt to taste

Instructions
In a pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add butter.
Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until softened.
Add oysters and saute for about 1 minute.
Add soy sauce, pepper, and Thai chili peppers. Cook for about 1 minute.
Add calamansi juice and bring to a boil. Continue to cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is slightly reduced.
Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
