Avocado Milkshake

This Avocado Milkshake is creamy and smooth consisting of nutrient-dense ripe avocados, evaporated milk, water, fresh lemon juice, sugar, and ice cubes. Simply blend the ingredients into a smooth consistency and enjoy it as a healthy and nutritious breakfast treat, post-workout drink, or midday snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • With a knife, halve avocados and remove pit. Using a spoon, scoop flesh and cut into cubes.
  • In a blender, combine avocados, milk, sugar, lemon juice, and ice. Process until smooth and blended. Do in batches as needed to make processing easier.
  • Serve
