Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounces each) salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and cheese. Spoon mixture over salmon.
  • Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until topping slightly browns and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the heat and serve hot.
